I do not run to add days to my life but I run to add life to my days.
Glenn McGarroch is a student at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy and is set to graduate in April 2023. Prior to entering the program, he was working as an Instrumentation and Controls Technician. After many years of traveling for work, he decided to make a transition to a new career that could create a healthy work-life balance and have a positive effect on the world around him. It was his fascination with the intricate inner workings of the human body, which led him to explore ways to help others experience greater well-being.
Glenn is passionate about helping people who are in pain, recovering from injuries, or experiencing stress. He believes that massage therapy can be a powerful tool for promoting physical and emotional well-being. He offers a variety of massage services that can be tailored to each individual’s needs. His therapeutic approach includes myofascial and neuromuscular techniques, muscle activation, PNF stretching, and general Swedish. In addition to providing quality treatments, he loves to educate his clients on the best way to take care of their bodies at home to ensure they continue to feel great outside of the treatment room.
Through his work, he strives to contribute to the health and well-being of his clients and the community. In his spare time, Glenn loves to swim, read and spend time with his corgi “Nugget”.
